In our state-of-the-art manufacturing facility, we manufacture stainless steel reactors and vessels. The capacity varies from 50 liters to 180,000 liters. We primarily use 316 stainless steel but also have the expertise of using other types of stainless steel, including 304 and 321 grade, and materials. At our manufacturing facility, we have a completely automated plasma welding machine that gives TTC an edge over other traditional welding methods. This welding method offers significant advantages, such as:

• Assurance of high penetration and lack of porosity
• Less stress on the material as a result of high-speed welding
• Superior finish that is smooth and flawless

We use automated plasma TIG technology to lay down a stainless steel cap if the need arises.
